Returns and Exchange Policy:
Effective date: August 6, 2020
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of date of purchase for products still in new and sell-able condition, and will receive a full refund. Any product returned with damage or wear, or after the 30 day period will not be granted refunds, in whole or in part.
If items you purchased arrive to you damaged in transit, please contact us via email and we will gladly offer to exchange the product(s).
Sales of reduced priced books (such as books slightly damaged in freight, discontinued titles, or other such promotions), downloadable materials (such as worksheets, workbooks, coloring pages, and other immediately delivered products), stickers, magnets, and bookmarks are final sale and refunds or exchanges will not be offered.
To facilitate the return or exchange of apparel and accessories, please follow the instructions included on the packing slip.
